Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive either a confirmation or a request for a different time.

* Please note, when making a follow-up appointment, insurance information DOES NOT need to be re-entered. Unless there has a been a change in your insurance,
you may override the requesting field.
Individual follow-up sessions are 50-60 minutes
